Once shipped, estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location. Public holidays or unexpected circumstances may slightly affect delivery times.
Because each order is packed and prepared individually for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Closed-cell foam — the same family of material used in premium footwear midsoles. It's soft enough to cushion your dog's chin, firm enough to hold its shape ride after ride, and completely waterproof, so drool, rain, and muddy noses wipe straight off. No phthalates, no vinyl.

It measures 20 cm / 7.87 in long, 2.9 cm / 1.14 in tall and 1.8 cm / 0.70 in deep. The channel on the underside grips the top edge of the glass itself — not the door frame — so it holds firm without shaking and works across most cars, SUVs, and vans.

Roll your window down about 80%, open the channel on the underside, and slide the cushion onto the top edge of the glass from front to back. That's it — no tools, no adhesives, no clamps. It comes off just as easily when you want to store it.

That's the whole point of it. Without it, your dog rests their jaw directly on a hard glass edge — run your own hand along it and you'll feel why. The cushion spreads that pressure across a soft surface instead. Most dogs take three or four rides to work out what it's for, and then go straight to it. It's a comfort accessory for calm, low-speed rides with a supervised dog — not a replacement for a proper harness.
